Born April 29, 1933 in the city of Brest (Belarus) in a large family.

In 1961 he graduated from the Grekov Rostov Art School (teachers A.Chernykh and A. Martirosov). After graduation, Viktor Korolchuk moves to Dnepropetrovsk and begins his creative activity.

Since 1962 – participant of  art exhibitions.

Member of the Union of Artists of  Ukraine since 1966.

Works in the field of easel painting. Master of open-air painting. The works of the painter are represented in museum, gallery and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.

“The Fortress Lives” (1964), “Memory” (1968), “Disturbing Day”, “Brest Fortress” (both – 1976), “White Chrysanthemums” (1978), “Clouds Floating”, “Monument Five People” (both – 1979), “Still Life with Peaches” (1980), “Winter”, “Spring in the Mountains” (both – 1982), “On the Dnieper”, “to Abramtsevo” (both – 1984), “Spring Air” (1987) , “Awakening” (1988), “Overgrown Lake” (1990), “In the homeland of T. Shevchenko” (1992), “Polesie” (1994), “Spring”, “Berezen” (both 1996), “More” (2000), “Summer” (2001), “Zimka”, “May”, “It is time to bloom” (all – 2002), “thawing of snow”, “Aspen”, “Winter” (in si – 2003), “Ice drift “(2004),” Major Spring s ”,“ Gulf ”,“ At the edge ”(all – 2006),“ Willows ”,“ Evening ”(both – 2007).

The artist died in 2015.
